Symbolic Butterfly

I.     Fuzzy, sticky beauty,

       Pushing, struggling,

       Out of the white thready chrysalis.

       Blue-purple clouds, green grass, sun,

       Colours emerging,

       Out.

       Life is to begin.

II.   Unmoistening the pretty,

       Sitting,

       Speculating.

       Inspiring, enlightening sun

       Dry strength.

       You are prepared.

III.  Flutter. Try.

       Reach up for the light,

       The beauty.

       Flying, living.

       You are more than undead.

       You live.
